Annual LPG safety certificates for homeowners and landlord CP12s for let property — every appliance, the regulator, the hoses and the pipework tested and recorded.
An LPG safety check covers everything a mains gas check does, plus the bits mains properties don't have: the bottle or tank location and restraint, the regulator and automatic changeover, the flexible hoses and their date stamps, and the pipework from the supply into the building. Hoses in particular have a shelf life and are the single most common thing we find out of date.
The twelve-month CP12 duty applies to LPG exactly as it does to mains gas, and a park home or static caravan is no exception. We issue the record the same day and keep the renewal date so it never quietly lapses.
