New heating systems, rerouted pipework, radiators, thermostatic valves and smart controls — installed, repaired and balanced so the far end of the house heats up too.
A heating system that's never been balanced sends most of its flow through the nearest radiators and leaves the back bedroom cold. We set the lockshields against measured return temperatures so every radiator pulls its share — usually the cheapest comfort upgrade in the house.
Steel radiators plus water plus air makes magnetite: a black sludge that settles in the bottom of every radiator and grinds through pumps and heat exchangers. It's why the bottom half of a radiator stays cold while the top is scalding. Systems we work on get cleaned, dosed with inhibitor to the correct concentration, and a magnetic filter on the return — a flush without a filter just means doing it again in five years.
Zoned thermostats, TRVs and load compensation only save money if they're set up correctly and you understand them. We commission the controls, walk you through the schedule, and leave the settings written down rather than buried in an app you'll never open twice.
