Domestic gas

Boilers, heating, fires & cookers

Everything on the gas side of a house — installed, serviced, repaired and certified by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Boiler installation

New boilers, fitted to last

Combi swaps, system upgrades and full conversions — sized properly, piped in copper and commissioned to the manufacturer's book so the warranty actually stands up.

Boiler servicing

An hour a year, and it keeps its warranty

A full annual service: combustion analysis, seals, safety devices and a written report. Miss one and most manufacturers walk away from the warranty.

Boiler repairs

No heat, no hot water, no drama

Fault-finding on any make: lockouts, leaks, pressure loss, noisy pumps and cold radiators. We diagnose first and price the fix before doing it.

Heating systems

Radiators, pipework and controls

New heating systems, rerouted pipework, radiators, thermostatic valves and smart controls — installed, repaired and balanced so the far end of the house heats up too.

Gas cookers, ranges and hobs connected, tested and left safe — the right connection, the stability bracket, and a tightness test on the whole installation.

Landlord certificates (CP12)

Annual gas safety records for let property

Landlord Gas Safety Records for rented homes: every gas appliance and flue tested, a tightness test on the installation, and the certificate issued the same day.

Off the mains, same standard

Bottled and bulk LPG needs an engineer with LPG on their card, which is why so many rural properties and park homes struggle to find one. We carry it.

Supply and waste pipework set out at first fix, then sinks, taps, appliances and gas connections made off at second fix — working to whoever's fitting the units.

Leaks, taps, cylinders and the rest

The jobs that don't need a project: dripping taps, running overflows, burst pipes, seized stopcocks, cylinders, immersions and outside taps.
