Three things we don't move on

Measured, not guessed

Heat loss calculated, radiators counted, incoming main checked. The boiler that goes in is the one the building actually needs — which is usually smaller and cheaper than the one you'd be sold elsewhere.

Built to be worked on

Copper pipework, proper clip centres, isolation valves where the next engineer will want them. Somebody has to service this in five years' time. We'd rather they didn't curse us.

Paperwork done for you

Benchmark filled in, Gas Safe notified, manufacturer's warranty registered in your name before we leave. It's the difference between a warranty you have and one you think you have.

Where we came from

A trade worth doing well

Heating is one of the last jobs where the difference between good and bad is invisible for about five years — and then extremely expensive. Everflow exists because that gap is worth closing.

We work across Falkirk and roughly 50 miles around it — mains gas and LPG, heating systems, bathrooms and the ordinary plumbing in between, mostly for people who found us through someone they trust. Every job gets the same treatment whether it's a full bathroom or a half-hour repair.
